LAPEROS® S140M is Polyplastics (Japan) （Polyplastics） production liquid crystal polymer (LCP) （LCP），属于 super heat resistant mineral filled grade 系列。 density 1.78 g/cm³，MFR 10 g/10min。具 has 40% mineral filled 、 super heat resistant 、低 warpage 等 features ， suitable for 精密 connectors 、光学拾取器外壳、HDD元件。UL94 V-0 flame retardant 。

processing method ： injection molding （推荐高速 injection molding ）
material 筒 temperature ：340°C - 400°C（视具体 grade 调整）
mold temperature ：80°C - 140°C
干燥处理：LCP moisture absorption property 低，一般无需干燥；如需干燥建议150°C/4小时
注意事项：LCP具 has 各向异 property ，浇口设计 and flow 方向对制品 performance has 重要影响
