LAPEROS® T150GF is Polyplastics (Japan) （Polyplastics） production liquid crystal polymer (LCP) （LCP），属于 ultra-high heat resistant glass fiber reinforced grade 系列。 density 1.81 g/cm³，MFR 4 g/10min。具 has 50% glass fiber reinforced 、 ultra-high heat resistant 、最高熔点(Tm~350°C+)等 features ， suitable for 点火 line 圈骨架、高温汽车结构件、电机元件。UL94 V-0 flame retardant 。

HDT 295°C：高温环境下保持优异刚 property 。
flame retardant rating ：UL94 V-0，LCP分子结构赋予天然 flame retardant features ，无需添加 flame retardant 。

processing method ： injection molding （推荐高速 injection molding ）
material 筒 temperature ：340°C - 400°C（视具体 grade 调整）
mold temperature ：80°C - 140°C
干燥处理：LCP moisture absorption property 低，一般无需干燥；如需干燥建议150°C/4小时
注意事项：LCP具 has 各向异 property ，浇口设计 and flow 方向对制品 performance has 重要影响
