Fortron® 6150T6 is Polyplastics (Japan) （Polyplastics） production polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) （PPS），属于高耐 impact grade 系列。 density 1.71 g/cm³。具 has 50% glass fiber (GF) +矿物增强、高耐 impact property 、 high toughness 等 features ， suitable for 汽车结构件、电动工具外壳、工业 equipment 壳体、泵阀部件。UL94 V-0 flame retardant 。

50% glass fiber (GF) +矿物增强、高耐 impact property 、 high toughness ：Fortron 6150T6专 is 汽车结构件、电动工具外壳、工业 equipment 壳体、泵阀部件 and other applications 设计。
HDT 265°C： ultra-high 温环境下保持卓越刚 property ，长期使用 temperature 可达200°C以上。
flame retardant rating ：UL94 V-0，PPS分子结构赋予天然 flame retardant features ，无需添加 flame retardant 。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：290°C - 330°C
mold temperature ：100°C - 150°C（ reinforced grade 建议120°C以上）
干燥处理：PPS moisture absorption property extreme 低，一般无需干燥；如需干燥建议120-150°C干燥3-4小时
注意事项：PPS制品需退火处理以提 high crystallinity and dimensional stability ，建议200°C退火2-4小时
