Fortron® 3130A1 is Polyplastics (Japan) （Polyplastics） production polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) （PPS），属于须晶 reinforced grade 系列。 density 1.62 g/cm³。具 has 30%晶须增强、高弯曲刚 property 、各向同 property shrinkage 、 wear resistant 等 features ， suitable for precision electronic components 、 connectors 、 line 圈骨架、电 line 电缆配件、 wear resistant 结构件。UL94 V-0 flame retardant 。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：290°C - 330°C
mold temperature ：100°C - 150°C（ reinforced grade 建议120°C以上）
干燥处理：PPS moisture absorption property extreme 低，一般无需干燥；如需干燥建议120-150°C干燥3-4小时
注意事项：PPS制品需退火处理以提 high crystallinity and dimensional stability ，建议200°C退火2-4小时
