Tenac® LT802 is Asahi Kasei （Asahi Kasei） production polyoxymethylene (POM) （POM） homopolymer ，属于滑动 wear resistant grade 系列。 density 1.39 g/cm³，MFR 2.5 g/10min。具 has 含PTFE lubricant ，高 impact ，高延伸率，自 lubricated 等 features ， suitable for gears 、辊子、 bearings 、滑动零件、办公机械部件。UL94 HB。

HDT 134°C：高温环境下保持优异刚 property 。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：190°C - 230°C（ homopolymer ）
mold temperature ：60°C - 120°C（建议80°C以上以获得 good 好表面质量）
干燥处理：POM moisture absorption property 低，一般无需干燥；如含水率>0.25%建议80°C干燥3-4小时
注意事项：POM对酸 property 物质敏感，避免 and 酸 property 物质接触；停机时需清除 material 筒内残余POM
