Tenac® 5010 is Asahi Kasei （Asahi Kasei） production polyoxymethylene (POM) （POM） homopolymer ，属于标准 grade 系列。 density 1.42 g/cm³，MFR 22 g/10min。具 has 标准 grade ， in 偏 high flow property ， dimensional stability good 好，耐疲劳等 features ， suitable for 精密 gears 、凸轮、电气电子零件、小 type 结构件。UL94 HB。

HDT 136°C：高温环境下保持优异刚 property 。
flame retardant rating ：UL94 HB， suitable for 无特殊 flame retardant 要求 general purpose 场合。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：190°C - 230°C（ homopolymer ）
mold temperature ：60°C - 120°C（建议80°C以上以获得 good 好表面质量）
干燥处理：POM moisture absorption property 低，一般无需干燥；如含水率>0.25%建议80°C干燥3-4小时
注意事项：POM对酸 property 物质敏感，避免 and 酸 property 物质接触；停机时需清除 material 筒内残余POM
