Tenac-C® LX750 is Asahi Kasei （Asahi Kasei） production polyoxymethylene (POM) （POM） copolymer ，属于滑动 wear resistant grade 系列。 density 1.41 g/cm³，MFR 30 g/10min。具 has PTFE modified ，低 friction coefficient ，滑动 property 优 good ， high flow property 等 features ， suitable for 滑动零件、轴套、 bearings 、衬套、 gears 。UL94 HB。

HDT 110°C：满足常规 temperature 使用要求。
flame retardant rating ：UL94 HB， suitable for 无特殊 flame retardant 要求 general purpose 场合。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：180°C - 220°C（ copolymer ）
mold temperature ：60°C - 120°C（建议80°C以上以获得 good 好表面质量）
干燥处理：POM moisture absorption property 低，一般无需干燥；如含水率>0.25%建议80°C干燥3-4小时
注意事项：POM对酸 property 物质敏感，避免 and 酸 property 物质接触；停机时需清除 material 筒内残余POM
