四、 processing 建议
processing method : injection molding (推荐高温高速 injection molding )
material 筒 temperature :320°C - 400°C(视具体 grade 调整)
mold temperature :120°C - 170°C
干燥处理:150°C/4小时(PEI对水分敏感,必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%)
注意事项:PEI processing temperature 高,需使用 high temperature resistance injection molding 机; glass fiber reinforced grade 需注意浇口设计以减少 warpage
