ULTEM® LTX300A is SABIC（ SABIC ） production polyetherimide (PEI) （PEI），属于未填充 ultra- grade flow grade 系列。 density 1.3 g/cm³，MFR 2.4 g/10min。具 has ultra- high flow property (ultra- grade flow), 低温韧 property 好, 改 good impact 强 degree, inherent flame retardant, 薄 wall 长流道等 features ， suitable for ultra- 薄 wall 电子零件, 微 type connectors, 精密 medical devices, 航空薄 wall 内饰件。UL94 V-0。

HDT 190°C：高温环境下保持 good 好刚 property ，满足大多数 high temperature resistance 需求。
flame retardant rating ：UL94 V-0，PEI分子结构赋予天然inherent flame retardant features ，无需添加 flame retardant 即可达到V-0等 grade 。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding （推荐高温高速 injection molding ）
material 筒 temperature ：320°C - 400°C（视具体 grade 调整）
mold temperature ：120°C - 170°C
干燥处理：150°C/4小时（PEI对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%）
注意事项：PEI processing temperature 高，需使用 high temperature resistance injection molding 机； glass fiber reinforced grade 需注意浇口设计以减少 warpage
