ULTEM® 2410R is SABIC（ SABIC ） production polyetherimide (PEI) （PEI），属于40% glass fiber reinforced high flow demolding grade 系列。 density 1.58 g/cm³，MFR 4.0 g/10min。具 has 40%短 glass fiber reinforced + high flow +内置 demolding agent, ultra- high rigidity 优化 processing, inherent flame retardant 等 features ， suitable for 精密航空结构件, 复杂形状 ultra- high rigidity 零件, 汽车动力总成件, 金属替代件。UL94 V-0/5VA。

HDT 216°C： extreme 端高温环境下保持卓越 mechanical properties ，Tg高达230°C以上。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding （推荐高温高速 injection molding ）
material 筒 temperature ：320°C - 400°C（视具体 grade 调整）
mold temperature ：120°C - 170°C
干燥处理：150°C/4小时（PEI对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%）
注意事项：PEI processing temperature 高，需使用 high temperature resistance injection molding 机； glass fiber reinforced grade 需注意浇口设计以减少 warpage
