ULTEM® CRS5311 is SABIC（ SABIC ） production polyetherimide (PEI) （PEI），属于30% glass fiber reinforced 高 chemical resistant grade 系列。 density 1.51 g/cm³，MFR 3.0 g/10min。具 has 30% glass fiber reinforced +增强 chemical resistance (改 good type), ultra- high rigidity 广谱 chemical resistant 品, inherent flame retardant 等 features ， suitable for 航空 high rigidity 耐蚀件, 化工泵阀体, 半导体湿法 equipment 框架, 实验室 high rigidity 器 material 。UL94 V-0。

HDT 215°C： extreme 端高温环境下保持卓越 mechanical properties ，Tg高达230°C以上。
flame retardant rating ：UL94 V-0，PEI分子结构赋予天然inherent flame retardant features ，无需添加 flame retardant 即可达到V-0等 grade 。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding （推荐高温高速 injection molding ）
material 筒 temperature ：320°C - 400°C（视具体 grade 调整）
mold temperature ：120°C - 170°C
干燥处理：150°C/4小时（PEI对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%）
注意事项：PEI processing temperature 高，需使用 high temperature resistance injection molding 机； glass fiber reinforced grade 需注意浇口设计以减少 warpage
