ULTEM® 9011 is SABIC（ SABIC ） production polyetherimide (PEI) （PEI），属于增强高 heat resistant grade 系列。 density 1.4 g/cm³，MFR 8.0 g/10min。具 has reinforced grade 高 heat resistant, 改 good 高温 performance, good 好刚 property, inherent flame retardant 等 features ， suitable for 高温结构件, 航空 heat resistant 零件, 汽车高温部件, 电子 heat resistant connectors 。UL94 V-0。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding （推荐高温高速 injection molding ）
material 筒 temperature ：320°C - 400°C（视具体 grade 调整）
mold temperature ：120°C - 170°C
干燥处理：150°C/4小时（PEI对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%）
注意事项：PEI processing temperature 高，需使用 high temperature resistance injection molding 机； glass fiber reinforced grade 需注意浇口设计以减少 warpage
