Iupilon® S-2000UR is Mitsubishi (Japan) engineering plastics （MEP） production PC polycarbonate (PC) ，属于 weather resistant grade 系列。 density 1.2 g/cm³，MVR 22.0 cm³/10min（300°C/1.2kg）。具 has UV resistant 、 medium viscosity 、高 impact 强 degree 、 weather resistance 好、 general purpose injection molding grade 等 features ， suitable for 户外电子产品外壳、汽车灯具、运动器 material 、户外电气 equipment 。

processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：280-320°C
mold temperature ：80-120°C
干燥处理：120°C/3-4小时
注意事项：Iupilon PC对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%；建议采用 in 高注射 speed ，保压 time 充足
