Iupilon® CLS3400 is Mitsubishi (Japan) engineering plastics （MEP） production PC polycarbonate (PC) ，属于 optical grade (低 viscosity /镜片)系列。 density 1.2 g/cm³，MVR 14.0 cm³/10min（300°C/1.2kg）。具 has 低 viscosity 镜片 grade 、易 demolding 、 high transparency degree (透光率>89%)、MFR 15g/10min、 shrinkage rate 0.5-0.7%等 features ， suitable for 太阳镜片、光学仪器镜片、眼镜片、 medical grade 光学器件、相机滤光镜。

processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：280-320°C
mold temperature ：80-120°C
干燥处理：120°C/3-4小时
注意事项：Iupilon PC对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%；建议采用 in 高注射 speed ，保压 time 充足
