Iupilon® HL-3000 is Mitsubishi (Japan) engineering plastics （MEP） production PC polycarbonate (PC) ，属于导光板 grade 系列。 density 1.2 g/cm³，MVR 18.0 cm³/10min（300°C/1.2kg）。具 has 高透光率(>92%)、低雾 degree (<0.5%)、优 good heat stabilized property 、尺寸精密等 features ， suitable for 液晶背光导光板、LED导光条、光导 fiber 、显示面板。

processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：280-320°C
mold temperature ：80-120°C
干燥处理：120°C/3-4小时
注意事项：Iupilon PC对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%；建议采用 in 高注射 speed ，保压 time 充足
