Iupilon® HL-4000 is Mitsubishi (Japan) engineering plastics （MEP） production PC polycarbonate (PC) ，属于导光板 grade (high flow)系列。 density 1.2 g/cm³，MVR 55.0 cm³/10min（300°C/1.2kg）。具 has high flow property 、高透光率(>92%)、薄 wall 导光板专用、低黄变、UV稳定等 features ， suitable for ultra- 薄导光板、笔记本背光模组、LED照明导光板、平板电脑显示屏。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：280-320°C
mold temperature ：80-120°C
干燥处理：120°C/3-4小时
注意事项：Iupilon PC对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%；建议采用 in 高注射 speed ，保压 time 充足
