Iupilon® EHR3150 is Mitsubishi (Japan) engineering plastics （MEP） production PC polycarbonate (PC) ，属于光反射 grade (high flow)系列。 density 1.2 g/cm³，MVR 16.0 cm³/10min（300°C/1.2kg）。具 has 高反射率、 high flow property 、 halogen-free flame retardant V-0、 heat stabilized property 好、薄 wall 适用等 features ， suitable for 小 type LED反射器、Mini-LED背光反射板、精密照明反射件。

processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：280-320°C
mold temperature ：80-120°C
干燥处理：120°C/3-4小时
注意事项：Iupilon PC对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%；建议采用 in 高注射 speed ，保压 time 充足
