Iupilon® LS-2010 is Mitsubishi (Japan) engineering plastics （MEP） production PC polycarbonate (PC) ，属于硅 modified weather resistant grade 系列。 density 1.2 g/cm³，MVR 20.0 cm³/10min（300°C/1.2kg）。具 has 硅氧烷 modified 、 ultra-high weather resistance 、UV稳定、免喷涂、长期户外不黄变等 features ， suitable for 汽车外饰件、户外电气箱体、建筑外装 material material 、长期户外制品。

processing method ： injection molding
material 筒 temperature ：280-320°C
mold temperature ：80-120°C
干燥处理：120°C/3-4小时
注意事项：Iupilon PC对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%；建议采用 in 高注射 speed ，保压 time 充足
