Iupilon® LCF-2415 is Mitsubishi (Japan) engineering plastics （MEP） production PC polycarbonate (PC) ，属于低 friction wear resistant grade (PTFE)系列。 density 1.27 g/cm³，MVR 10.0 cm³/10min（300°C/1.2kg）。具 has 20%PTFE填充、低 friction coefficient 、 wear resistance 优异、自 lubricated 、尺寸稳定等 features ， suitable for gears 、 bearings 、滑动部件、打印机辊筒、办公自动化运动件。

mold temperature ：80-120°C
干燥处理：120°C/3-4小时
注意事项：Iupilon PC对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%；建议采用 in 高注射 speed ，保压 time 充足
