台湾奇美 PA-765A ABS 阻燃级高流动注塑原料
POLYLAC® PA-765A 是台湾奇美阻燃级 ABS,具有中等抗冲击、高流动性、TBBA 阻燃体系、加工稳定性好等特点,适用于电子电器、家用电器、电动工具、办公设备及需要阻燃性能的注塑外壳制品。

原料干燥:80~85℃ 烘干 2~4h,建议含水率控制在 0.05% 以下,减少银丝、气纹和表面雾斑。
料筒温度:后段 180~195℃,中段 195~210℃,前段 205~220℃,喷嘴 200~215℃。
模具温度:50~70℃,薄壁或外观件可根据填充和表面效果适当调整。
工艺说明:PA-765A 流动性较好,适合薄壁和复杂结构注塑;阻燃 ABS 应避免高温长时间滞留,生产结束建议及时清机。
