五、 injection molding process 参考
raw materials 干燥：80~85℃ 烘干 2~4h，建议含水率控制 in 0.05% 以下，减少 silver streaks 、气纹 and 表面雾斑。
material 筒 temperature ：后段 180~195℃， in 段 195~210℃，前段 205~220℃，喷嘴 200~215℃。
mold temperature ：50~70℃，薄 wall or 外观件可根据填充 and 表面效果适当调整。
process 说明：PA-765A flow property 较好，适合薄 wall and 复杂结构 injection molding ； flame retardant ABS 应避免高温长 time 滞留， production 结束建议 and 时清机。

ABS pellets 具 has 一定 moisture absorption property ，应储存 in 干燥、密封 环境 in 。 processing 前80°C干燥3小时，含水率控制 in 0.1%以下。含水率过高会导致制品表面出现银纹 and bubbles 。避免阳光长期照射(黄变)。密封保存。
