五、 injection molding process 参考
raw materials 干燥：80~85℃ 烘干 2~4h，建议含水率控制 in 0.05% 以下，减少 silver streaks 、 bubbles and 表面纹路。
material 筒 temperature ：180~230℃， in 段建议 200~220℃，喷嘴建议 195~210℃，按产品 wall 厚 and 流道结构微调。
mold temperature ：50~70℃，高光外观件可适当提高模温以 improvement gloss and weld lines 。
process 说明： food contact 类产品建议保持机台、 material 斗、螺杆 and 模具清洁，避免 and 非合规 material material 混 material ，确保批次追溯 and 产品稳定。
