六、 injection molding process 参考
raw materials 干燥：80~85℃烘干2.5~3h，含水率≤0.05%， flame retardant moisture absorption property 强，干燥务必充分。
material 筒 temperature ：200~240℃， in 段220~230℃，喷嘴210~220℃。
mold temperature ：50~70℃，稍高模温 has 利于 melt 填充 and 表面质量。
process 说明： flame retardant ABS flow property 略低于普通ABS，适当提高 material 温保证填充； flame retardant 高温易分解， material 温上限不宜 ultra- 过250℃。
