EPOLENE N-34 is USA Westlake Westlake 化学旗下 非 emulsification type low molecular weight PE wax ， featuring 优异 external lubrication property 、颜 material 分散 and demolding 、 wax 混合物拉伸增强，广泛 used for PVC extrusion lubricated 、 color masterbatch 分散、 ink wear resistant 、 hot melt adhesive and wax 混合物 modified 等工业场景。可替代 Honeywell A-C 6A 等同类产品。

• 建议添加量： color masterbatch 2～5%，PVC lubricated 0.2～0.5 phr， hot melt adhesive 15～25%
• processing temperature ：建议 130～170℃，确保 wax 完全熔融后均匀分散
• 混合 method ：通过熔融状态均匀混合， and 体系 resin 共混后 processing
• 注意事项：N-34 is 非 polarity wax ， and polar system compatibility has 限，建议先做 compatibility 测试
