ACumist B-6 is Honeywell A-C® Performance Additives 系列 in 微 powder 聚烯烃 wax ， featuring 微 powder PE wax 、 anti-blocking 、 wear resistant 、爽滑 and 表面手感 improvement ，可 used for plastics processing 、PVC lubricated 、 coatings ink 、 hot melt adhesive 、乳液、 color masterbatch and 表面 modified 等工业场景。

建议添加量： plastics lubrication 一般 0.1%~1.0%， coatings ink wear resistant 爽滑一般 0.5%~3.0%，具体需按体系试验确认。
分散 method ： powder 末 or 微 powder 可直接高速分散； pellets 类建议熔融加入 or 预制 masterbatch 、乳液后使用。
processing temperature ：建议结合滴点 and 体系 melt temperature 设定，避免局部过热 or 长 time 高温滞留。
process 说明：不同 wax polarity 、酸值、粒径 and viscosity 差异会影响 lubricated 、 emulsification 、分散 and 表面效果，量产前建议小试 and in 试验证。
