原料干燥:80~85℃烘干2.5~4h,含水率≤0.05%,避免产品气泡、银丝。
料筒温度:190~230℃,中段210~220℃,机头/口模200~215℃。
螺杆转速:中低速为主,确保塑化均匀,避免高速剪切导致降解。
牵引与冷却:牵引速度与挤出速度匹配,冷却水槽温度建议15~25℃,防止制品变形。
工艺说明:高粘度挤出级,熔体强度高,适合厚壁管材和大型异型材挤出成型。
