六、 extrusion molding process 参考
raw materials 干燥：80~85℃烘干2.5~4h，含水率≤0.05%，避免产品 bubbles 、 silver streaks 。
material 筒 temperature ：190~230℃， in 段210~220℃，机头/口模200~215℃。
screw speed ： in 低速 is 主，确保塑化均匀，避免高速剪切导致降解。
牵引 and 冷却：牵引 speed and extrusion speed 匹配，冷却水槽 temperature 建议15~25℃，防止制品 deformation 。
process 说明： high viscosity extrusion grade ， melt 强 degree 高，适合厚 wall pipe/tube and 大 type 异 type material extrusion molding 。
