台湾奇美 PA-765B ABS 阻燃级中抗冲注塑原料
POLYLAC® PA-765B 是台湾奇美阻燃级 ABS,具备中等抗冲击、中等流动性、良好尺寸稳定性、UL 阻燃认证等特点,适用于家电、电动工具、电子电气外壳及对防火性能有要求的注塑制品。

原料干燥:80~85℃ 烘干 2~4h,建议含水率控制在 0.05% 以下,减少银丝、气纹与表面缺陷。
料筒温度:后段 180~195℃,中段 195~210℃,前段 205~220℃,喷嘴 200~215℃。
模具温度:50~70℃,外观件或尺寸要求较高产品可适当提高模温以优化表面和稳定尺寸。
工艺说明:阻燃 ABS 对停留时间较敏感,建议避免长时间高温滞留,生产结束及时清机,减少材料分解与黑点。
