五、 injection molding process 参考
raw materials 干燥：80~85℃ 烘干 2~4h，建议含水率控制 in 0.05% 以下，减少 silver streaks 、气纹 and 表面缺陷。
material 筒 temperature ：后段 180~195℃， in 段 195~210℃，前段 205~220℃，喷嘴 200~215℃。
mold temperature ：50~70℃，外观件 or 尺寸要求较高产品可适当提高模温以优化表面 and 稳定尺寸。
process 说明： flame retardant ABS 对停留 time 较敏感，建议避免长 time 高温滞留， production 结束 and 时清机，减少 material material 分解 and black spots 。

ABS pellets 具 has 一定 moisture absorption property ，应储存 in 干燥、密封 环境 in 。 processing 前80°C干燥3小时，含水率控制 in 0.1%以下。含水率过高会导致制品表面出现银纹 and bubbles 。避免阳光长期照射(黄变)。密封保存。
