五、 injection molding process 参考
raw materials 干燥：80~90℃烘干2~3h，含水率控制0.05%以内。ABS易吸潮，必须充分干燥，消除 silver streaks and 水纹。
material 筒 temperature ：200~230℃， in 段210~225℃，喷嘴200~215℃。避免 ultra- 过240℃防止 material material 降解黄变。
mold temperature ：50~70℃，高光产品模温 improves 至65~75℃，可 improves surface gloss and dimensional stability 。
process 说明： in high flow property 适合多腔 and 复杂结构 injection molding ，保压需充分以减少 sink marks and 内应力。不推荐 used for 厚 wall extrusion molding 。

ABS pellets 具 has 一定 moisture absorption property ，应储存 in 干燥、密封 环境 in 。 processing 前80°C干燥3小时，含水率控制 in 0.1%以下。含水率过高会导致制品表面出现银纹 and bubbles 。避免阳光长期照射(黄变)。密封保存。
