台湾奇美 PA-777B ABS 耐热高抗冲注塑原料
POLYLAC® PA-777B为台湾奇美耐热高抗冲ABS牌号,主打高耐热、高抗冲击、中高流动性、表面光泽优良,维卡软化达115℃、HDT达97℃,是发热家电外壳、汽车内外饰件、电子电气外壳的首选原料。

原料干燥:80~90℃烘干2~3h,含水率控制0.05%以内。ABS易吸潮,必须充分干燥,消除银丝与水纹。
料筒温度:200~230℃,中段210~225℃,喷嘴200~215℃。避免超过240℃防止材料降解黄变。
模具温度:50~70℃,高光产品模温提升至65~75℃,可提升表面光泽与尺寸稳定性。
工艺说明:中高流动性适合多腔及复杂结构注塑,保压需充分以减少缩水与内应力。不推荐用于厚壁挤出成型。
