五、 injection molding process 参考
raw materials 干燥：80~85℃ 烘干 2~4h，建议含水率控制 in 0.05% 以下，减少 silver streaks 、 bubbles and 表面纹路。
material 筒 temperature ：200~250℃， in 段建议 220~240℃，喷嘴建议 215~235℃，按产品 wall 厚 and 流道结构微调。
mold temperature ：60~80℃， heat resistant 外观件可适当提高模温，以 improvement 表面、 weld lines and dimensional stability 。
process 说明：PA-777D is heat resistant grade ABS，建议避免过高剪切 and 长 time 高温滞留； used for 发热部件时需结合实际温升、结构 and 安规要求验证。
