五、 injection molding process 参考
raw materials 干燥：80~85℃烘干2.5~3.5h，含水率≤0.05%，避免产品 silver streaks bubbles 。
material 筒 temperature ：180~230℃， in 段205~220℃，喷嘴195~210℃。
mold temperature ：50~70℃，高光产品模温 improves 至65~75℃优化 gloss 。
process 说明： general purpose property 最强 general purpose ABS，厚薄制品均可量产，适配绝大多数 home appliances 类 injection molding 模具。
