原料干燥:80~85℃ 烘干 2~4h,建议含水率控制在 0.05% 以下,减少银丝、气泡和表面纹路。
加工温度:普通 ABS 建议 180~230℃;耐热级可适当提高至 200~250℃;阻燃级应避免高温长时间滞留。
模具温度:50~80℃,外观件、耐热件和尺寸要求高的制品可根据试模结果优化。
工艺说明:实际参数需结合产品壁厚、浇口设计、模具排气和设备塑化能力调整,量产前建议试模验证。
