• emulsification method ：常压 emulsification （ wax 入水法） or pressure emulsification 均可，推荐 emulsification temperature 120～140℃
• 建议添加量：地板 wax emulsion 5～15%，PVC lubricated 0.3～0.8 phr
• emulsification agent 选择：可 and 吗啉、KOH 等碱 property emulsification agent 配合使用
• 注意事项：E-10 is 氧化 type wax ，酸值 17， polarity 较强， and polar system compatibility 好

📦 储存 and 处理建议
PE pellets 应储存 in 干燥、阴凉、通风 good 好 环境 in 。PE moisture absorption property extreme 低，一般无需特殊干燥处理，但 processing 前建议70°C干燥2小时以去除表面水分。避免阳光直射 and 高温(>60°C)存放，远离火源 and 强氧化 agent 。密封 packaging 可保存2年以上。
