MXSTEN™ CV77525 是MXSTEN Plastomers系列的LLDPE塑性体(Plastomer),熔融指数0.5 g/10min,密度0.906 g/cm³。具有电子束后处理适用、优异熔体强度、高抗冲击等特性,适用于吹塑薄膜,适用于电子束后处理。MXSTEN系列塑性体专为多层阻隔膜和高性能薄膜设计,即使在低温条件下也能保持良好的抗冲击性能。特别设计用于需经电子束(EB)后处理的吹塑薄膜应用,辐照后仍保持优异性能。

四、加工建议

加工温度:建议熔融温度160°C - 200°C(根据设备和制品要求调整)
吹膜建议:吹胀比(BUR)建议2.5-3.5,膜泡稳定,薄膜厚度均匀
存储条件:存放在阴凉干燥处,避免阳光直射和高温
