工艺参数推荐范围
料筒温度200~260°C
喷嘴温度210~240°C
模具温度40~80°C
注射压力60~120MPa
干燥条件80°C / 2~4 小时
注意事项:ABS 吸湿性较强,加工前务必充分干燥。料筒温度不宜超过 270°C,避免热分解。
