一, standards grade method

（1）命名 methods

 PPB-MP-300--M

PPB----------特征 mono 元1

（2）特征 mono 元1 

特征 mono 元1 is polypropylene (PP) ――Polypropylene shrink 写PP, has grade 均一致.

table/sheet propylene polymer type type shrink 写代号 is:

H—— propylene homopolymer

R—— propylene random copolymer

B—— propylene copolymer

（3）特征 mono 元2

特征 mono 元2 is polypropylene (PP) product main/primary applications or processing methods, important property can and additives and other. use versus 应 英文字母 as 代号. 代号自 left right 排列, 依次称第一位, 第二位, 第三位 and 第四位. table/sheet material applications or processing methods in 第一位写出, important property can, additives and other in 第二至第四位写出. lower table/sheet:

特征 mono 元3代 table/sheet polymer melt flow rate value. melt flow rate value is melt flow rate value 乘以100倍 rear resin table/sheet 示之, less 于三 整数.   if 乘100倍 rear has 二 整数, in this 二 整数 front add upper 一 0; if 乘100倍 rear value is 四 整数, will this as is 代号.

（5）特征 mono 元4

二, enterprise standards grade method

polypropylene (PP) resin grade is 由三 部 separation formed: 第一部 separation is material processing methods table/sheet 示, 第二部 separation is material melt flow rate value table/sheet 示, 第三部 separation is polymer polymerization type type table/sheet 示.

（1）第一部 separation

材 material processing methods, use 英文第一 字母 is 代号, 本《 product catalog 》 in selection lower table/sheet 示:

F----挤 pressure film; 　M---- injection molding;

H---- coating; 　　　T---- extrusion filament;

I---- blow molding film; 　Y----纺 filament;

G---- general purpose

（2）第二部 separation  

melt flow rate value 代号, is melt flow rate value 乘以100倍 rear value table/sheet 示之, less 于三 整数. if 乘100倍 rear has 二 整数, in this 二 整数 front add upper 一 0; if 乘100倍 rear value is 四 整数, will this as is 代号.

例一: MFR is 2, 2譴00=200, 则以200 is 代号:

例二: MFR is 0.45, 0.45譴00=45, 则以045 is 代号;

例三: MFR is 20, 20?00=2000, 则以2000 is 代号.

attention/notes:

EP impact resistant copolymer product

EP1 or EP2 random copolymer product

for/regarding impact resistant grade, 两 数字 rear 面 字母 table/sheet 示:

M in impact resistant ethylene content 6%

R high impact resistance ethylene content 9%

U ultra- high impact resistance ethylene content 12%

therefore EP2C37F即代 table/sheet MFI 5.0~7.0, random copolymer film material, belt/tape slip add resistant viscous features.
