         methods: resin + coupling agent +无 machine material

         commonly used material:

        a.铬络 combined material coupling agent, silicon coupling agent (KH550, 570 and other), titanium acid ester coupling agent, other;

        b. heavy 钙, slip 石, 云母, acid 钡, silicon 土, glass beads, 蒙脱土 and other.

         function:

        a. reduce cost;

        b. increase hardness, decrease/reduce shrinkage, improve/increase heat deflection temperature (HDT);

        c. for flow property has effect/influence.

        2 reinforcement modified

         methods: resin + has long ratio material + coupling agent

         commonly used material: 无 alkali glass fiber (GF), must, carbon 纤

         function:

        a. reduce cost;

        b.极 large high strength, meanwhile increase hardness, decrease/reduce shrinkage, improve/increase heat deflection temperature (HDT);

        c. orientation, flow property 变差.

        3 toughened modified

         methods: resin + toughening agent

         commonly used material: POE, PE, MBS, SEBS, EPDM, EVA, other toughening agent

         function: make material flexibility has elastic property, 避免脆 property fracture, 甚至任意 bending 都不断, strong/high degree reduce.

        4 flame retardant modified

         methods:

         resin +主 flame retardant +辅助 flame retardant +抑烟 agent + resistant agent …..

         commonly used material:

        ■ 十 bromine ether DBDPO—— bromine content 85%, flame retardant most good, environmental protection, 析出严 heavy;

        ■ 十 bromine 二苯乙烷—— bromine content 83%, flame retardant relatively good, environmental protection, 析出, heat stabilized property relatively DBDPO good;

        ■ bromine ring oxygen BER—— bromine content 53%, add amount relatively large, environmental protection, 不析出, 330℃失 heavy 1%;

        ■ bromine polystyrene (PS) BPS—— bromine content 60%, hot separation understanding temperature degree >310℃, environmental protection, inner good relatively less;

        ■ 红磷—— generally micro 胶囊化, flame retardant property relatively good, 不起霜, 不迁移, CTI value high, for material force property can effect/influence very small, heavy effect/influence Color Matching;

        ■ hydrogen oxidation 镁—— separation understanding temperature degree 340~390℃, add amount very large, for property can effect/influence very large, generally need fine surface treatment;

        ■ hydrogen oxidation aluminum ATH——脱 water temperature degree 200~300℃, add amount very large, property can effect/influence very large.

        5 heat resistant modified

         methods: resin + mineral filled

         commonly used material: carbon acid 钙, slip powder, 云母, glass beads, glass fiber (GF) and other (generally can improve/increase 2~3倍)

        6 anti-static, conductive modified

         methods: resin + anti-static agent / conductive material

         commonly used material:

        a. has machine salt type (汽巴190, 科林93P, anti-static agent P18)

        b. conductive material, conductive material, poly 吡咯(PPy), poly amine (PAn), poly 噻吩(PTh)

        7 anti-aging modified

         methods: resin + antioxidant / light stabilizer

         commonly used material: 1010, 168, 1098, 944, 770, 炭黑, oxidation titanium

        8 alloy modified

         utilizing material blending or chemical grafting methods, will types and above resin 进行复配, long short, make overall material achieve high property can 化, function 化, specialized 化. alloy modified in generally need add compatibilizer, Common alloy has PC/ABS, PBT/PA, PBT/PC, PA/PP and other.
