         will PC and PET in 100℃鼓风 drying in drying 4 h, rear will material and additives 以一定 ratio/proportion in high speed mixed combined machine in mixed combined, again add di screw extrusion machine in extrusion, cooling, pellet cutting. extrusion machine temperature degree separation is 200, 250, 260, 260, 250, 245, 240, 240, 235℃, machine temperature degree 245℃, machine speed 300 r/min, material amount 72 kg/h, true degree –0.03 MPa. material injection molding machine injection molding formed standards Sample, injection temperature degree 255～260℃.

         property can summary

        (4) ester 交换抑 made agent water acid hydrogen can made PC and PET between ester reaction, improve/increase material tensile strength, flexural strength and bending elastic property modulus, reduce pressure 痕直径, is material notched impact strength ester 交换抑 made agent content increase mono decline. ester 交换抑 made agent content is 0.4份时, material notched impact strength high 于50 kJ/m2, pressure 痕直径 small 于2 mm, material comprehensive property can excellent.

        (5) expand agent can improve/increase material tensile strength, flexural strength, bending elastic property modulus and tough property, for material flame retardant property can has effect/influence, is make material flow property reduce.
