一.浇注 system formed

二.浇注 system design basic 原则
1.模穴布置(Cavity Layout) 考虑
1)尽 amount using/adopting balanced 式布置(BalancesLayout);

3)模穴布置尽 can can 紧凑, shrink small mold dimensions.
2. flow 导引 考虑

5) runner processing surface coarse degree need low;

4. flow balanced 考虑
1)一模 more 穴(Multi-Cavity)充填时, runner need balanced, amount make plastics meanwhile 填满每一 模穴, ensure 各模穴 molding product quality property;
2) separation runner amount using/adopting balanced 式 布置 methods (Naturally-BalancedLayout);

5. waste material 考虑
in can 顺利充填 meanwhile effect/influence flow and pressure loss consumption front lower, decrease small runner 体积(long degree or 截面积 large small), decrease/reduce runner waste material generate and recycling use.
6. cold material 考虑
in runner system upper design cold material 井(Cold SlugWell), material 槽, 以补集充填初始 stage/phase relatively cold plastics front, anti cold material 直接进入模穴, effect/influence quality.
7.排 gas 考虑
应顺利导引 plastics 填满模穴, make inner gas 以顺利逃逸, 以避免包封烧焦 issues.
8. formed product quality 考虑
1)避免发生 short 射, flash/burrs, 包封, combined 线, flow marks, 喷流, residual stress, warpage deformation, 模仁偏移 and other issues;
2) runner system process/workflow relatively long or is more 点进浇(MultipleGating)时, due to flow balanced, holding pressure or is non-uniform shrinkage formed product warpage deformation issues add anti 止;

9. production efficiency 考虑
