process conditions drying 处理:  
if processing front material is 密封, that 么就没 has necessary drying. however, if container by 打开, that 么建议 in 85℃ hot gas in drying 处理. if wet degree large 于0.2%, also need 进行105℃, 12 small true drying.  
熔化 temperature degree:  
260~290℃. for 玻璃 additives product is 275~280℃. temperature degree 应避免 high 于300℃.  
mold temperature degree:  
建议80℃. mold temperature degree will effect/influence crystallization degree, crystallization degree will effect/influence product material features. for/regarding thin parts, if use low 于40℃ mold temperature degree, parts crystallization degree will time 而变化, is maintain parts stability property, need 进行退火处理.  
injection pressure:  
usually in 750~1250bar, 取决于材 material and product design.

injection speed degree:  
high speed (for/regarding reinforcement type material low 一.  
runner and gate:  
due to PA66 solid time very short, therefore gate non important. gate 孔径不 need small 于0.5*t(this 里t is parts thick degree). if use hot runner, gate dimensions ratio use runner small 一, is hot runner can 够帮助 retardant material solid. if use 潜入式 gate, gate most small 直径应当 is 0.75mm.
