     1.PA1010 molding process

  PA1010熔程 relatively narrow, generally is 3~4℃. melt flow property relatively good. combined injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding. main/primary molding process lower.

  (1) drying  鼓风 drying temperature degree 90℃±5℃ drying time 约4~5h, true drying temperature degree 85℃±5℃, generally most good selection true drying process, hot oxidation color

  (2) injection molding process

   material temperature degree: rear 部190~210℃

        in 部200~220℃

        front 部210~230℃

        nozzle 200~210℃

   mold temperature degree 20~40℃

   injection pressure 60~80MPa

   injection cycle 30~50S

  (3) extrusion molding process

   screw extrusion temperature degree: 250℃, 260℃, 270℃, 280℃

  模头 temperature degree:200~210℃ 

  2.PA46 molding process

  PA46 crystallization degree high, melting point high, crystallization speed degree fast, therefore molding cycle relatively other nylon short, processing temperature degree ratio other nylon high, high temperature processing 会引起 hot oxidation separation understanding, from reduce products mechanical properties. therefore, processing temperature degree control in its melting point 附近. processing temperature degree low, flow property 差, formed products defect, processing temperature degree high, 会引起 separation understanding.

  PA46 main/primary used for injection molding. manufacturing high temperature resistance made parts.

   injection molding main/primary process conditions lower.

   material temperature degree: rear 部280℃

         in 部290℃

         front 部300℃

   nozzle temperature degree: 300℃

   mold temperature degree: 80~120℃

   injection pressure: 50~100℃

   molding cycle: 30~40s
