ULTEM® AR9100 is SABIC（ SABIC ） production polyetherimide (PEI) （PEI），属于10% glass fiber reinforced 航空 grade 系列。 density 1.34 g/cm³，MFR 8.0 g/10min。具 has 10% glass fiber reinforced 航空 grade, 符合FAR25.853/OSU65/65, 低烟低毒, inherent flame retardant, good 好 flow 等 features ， suitable for 航空内饰结构件, 空气阀/燃油阀, 食品托盘, 座椅零件, 行李架组件。UL94 V-0。

四、 processing 建议
processing method ： injection molding （推荐高温高速 injection molding ）
material 筒 temperature ：320°C - 400°C（视具体 grade 调整）
mold temperature ：120°C - 170°C
干燥处理：150°C/4小时（PEI对水分敏感，必须充分干燥至含水率<0.02%）
注意事项：PEI processing temperature 高，需使用 high temperature resistance injection molding 机； glass fiber reinforced grade 需注意浇口设计以减少 warpage
