建议添加量： solvent-based coatings wear resistant 爽滑一般 0.5%~3.0%， ink 体系一般 0.5%~2.0%，具体需按配方体系小试确认。
分散 method ：微 powder 可直接高速分散加入体系；建议使用高速分散机以适当剪切力确保均匀分散，避免团聚。
processing temperature ：滴点 118℃，建议结合体系 processing temperature 设定，避免局部过热 or 长 time 高温滞留导致 performance 变化。
process 说明：D-6 粒径细（6~7.5μm），分散后对 gloss 影响小，适合对 transparent degree and gloss has 要求 coatings and ink 配方；量产前建议小试 and in 试验证最优添加量。

ACumsit D-6 is 白色细 powder 末，基本不含杂质。采用 20公斤（44磅）装牛皮袋 packaging ，以货盘 形式运输，每个货盘40袋，净重800公斤（1764磅），外面采用延展 packaging 。满载货盘长1.37米、宽1.14米、高约1.52米（54英寸x 45英寸x 60英寸）。
